Our goal is to keep the athlete in all of us healthy, injury free, and performing at their optimal level.

Dr. Graig Shapiro is a graduate of New York Chiropractic College which he attended after graduating from the University at Buffalo with a Bachelors in Exercise Science as well as a Masters Degree in Nutrition Sciences.

🎉 It’s official, OPC Buffalo is 12 years old! 🎉
We’re so grateful to our community for all the support we’ve gotten over the years, and especially each and every one of our patients, the gyms, and other medical professionals who use and refer to us.

OPC Buffalo was started with the goal of bringing the best evidence-based practice combining rehab exercise and chiropractic care possible. This goal remains the same as our team continues to learn and grow, consistently attending courses and working toward new certifications so each year we can be better for all of our patients.

But we’d never be here without you.
So, we’re celebrating with a yearlong appreciation giveaway. 12 prizes for our 12th year!

Each month of 2025, we’ll be raffling off a prize from a local business to one lucky winner. Stay tuned for more details on our first giveaway.

Our Story

At OPC Buffalo Chiropractic and Rehabilitation we believe in providing high quality, individualized, evidence based care to the Greater Buffalo Region. Our goal is to get you out of pain quickly and to use exercise and rehabilitation to make sure that when you leave our office you won't be back. If you, or someone you know has said the phrase "I hurt my back once a year and go to my chiropractor and he fixes it," we want to tell you that you are not being fixed. Episodic pain is not fixed unless you stop additional episodes from occurring. This goes for other types of injuries as well. At OPC Buffalo we want to show Western New York that there is a better option to rehabilitating injuries.
