Wishing all of our patients a blessed Holiday season and a very healthy, happy New Year!
We will be closed Friday, December 24th and Friday, December 31st so that our hard working and dedicated staff can enjoy the Holidays with their families.
If you have a medical emergency when we are closed, please call 911. If you have a medical issue that CAN’T WAIT until the office reopens, we do have a doctor on call who can help you.

We do not anticipate getting the Covid-19 vaccine in the office. Please contact your pharmacy to obtain the vaccine.

Our power went out today in the office. Phones are not working either. If you have a medical emergency please go to an urgent care or ER if appropriate. We are hoping to be back up and running in the am.

This quick 16 question survey has been created by three D’Youville College Physician Assistant students as part of our required research project that is titled Knowledge of Lyme Disease in Western New York. The only requirements to participate are to be older than 18 years of age and be a resident of any of the following counties: Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Niagara, Orleans, Wyoming. We have estimated that the survey should take no more than 5-10 minutes to complete, and will be available until Friday, June 4th 2021 at 11:59pm. Regardless of existing knowledge of Lyme Disease, all are encouraged to complete the survey. We also encourage you all to share/send the survey link to your family and friends. The accuracy of our results improves with more participants! Thank you!

Unfortunately, we do NOT have the COVID-19 vaccine at this time.
We have submitted an application to receive and distribute to our patients but have not heard back from the state.
Our goal is to provide the vaccine to our patients. If and when we get the vaccine, we must follow the guidelines set forth by the state and CDC.
We are encouraging all of our patients to receive the vaccine. Please look for any avenue you can to obtain the vaccine since we are not sure if, when and how much vaccine we will receive.
We will keep you updated with any new information.
Please continue to follow safety protocols and know that we are doing the same.
As always, we are here for your health needs. Donna got her vaccine!!!!!
