I Am Yoga Buffalo Formerly Bikram Yoga Williamsville, I Am Yoga Buffalo offers 60, 75 & 90-minute practices in a heate Over the past ten years, we've co-created a community.

We are super excited to announce that Bikram Yoga Williamsville will now be known as I Am Yoga Buffalo. When the studio first opened, the idea was to bring health and wellness to the community through introducing the wonderful healing benefits of the Bikram Yoga series. A place where you come to connect, to feel inspired and empowered. The name of the studio should reflect the space we collectively create- the space everyone is welcomed, encouraged, and motivated to come back. I Am Yoga will continue to offer hot 26/2 classes (formerly referred to as Bikram Yoga) with added classes like Forrest Yoga and Vinyasa Flow. We hope that you share our excitement about the changes and let the community know that we are offering many different types of yoga.

Meet Liz!

On Sunday mornings, you can usually find me: heading to do something outdoors, no matter the weather.

Three words that describe you? Mom, word-nerd, empath.

The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is to grow through what you go through. No mud, no lotus. 

Cats or dogs? Dogs (please adopt a senior one at whitewhiskerswny.org)

Favorite yoga pose? Standing bow 

If I were a superhero, my superpower would be teleporting. There are so many places I want to see! 

Any pet peeves? When you ask for no pickle and they give you a pickle and then you have to throw away the pickle plus everything the pickle touched on the plate.

Who is someone you admire and why? My godmother Linda. She bicycled around the world for years and lives in a very intentional, positive, generous, healthy and sustainable way, bringing light to everyone around her.

She’s back! Join Dr. Kathleen Ross for a workshop designed for individuals who are curious about the pelvic floor and its function. The pelvic floor supports multiple integral systems in the body and understanding its role can ultimately change our lives.

In this workshop we will explore:

The functions of the pelvic floor now and look at what muscles make up the pelvic floor and what they do.
How to optimality breathe in order to up and down train the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles (there is more to it than kegels).
The benefits of pelvic floor PT!
