Proud moment alert! 😁

We sponsored the Buffalo Bills Foundation 2025 Jr. Community Quarterback award.

Dr. Jason Pericak, Dr Jacob Chenez, and Dr. David Cipolla were on hand for the event.

Dr. Pericak had the honor of giving the award to Ashanti Washington due to her outstanding leadership, dedication, and commitment to giving back to the WNY community.

When every doctor told Nathan he’d have to “just live with it,” he went searching the country for hope and found Dr. Chohan at Great Lakes Medical Imaging.

What most considered untreatable, Dr. Chohan saw differently.

“Dr. Chengazi saved my life!”

Exhausted and dealing with heavy bleeding, Jessica thought a hysterectomy was her only option.

Then she met Dr. Chengazi and discovered a simple, minimally invasive procedure that changed everything.

“I actually thought I was going to die.”

That’s how Jose describes where he was before meeting Dr. Omar Chohan.

Jose was exhausted, in pain, and told repeatedly that his IVC filter couldn’t be removed.

Instead of accepting “we can’t,” Dr. Chohan walked in, asked if Jose wanted it out, and then used newer techniques to restore blood flow, relieve Jose’s pain, and get him moving again.

Jose cried when he realized it had worked.

He calls Dr. Chohan “an angel,” and says the doctor even gave him his personal number to check in.

Stories like Jose’s remind us why we keep pushing clinical boundaries and why compassionate care matters.
