A heartfelt thank you to our incredible hosts who went out this morning to make sure we had everything we needed, including food and water. Your kindness means more than we can say.

We are hoping things locally settle over the next few days and plan to return home later this week. Even though this was our first time here, we already understand how special this place is to so many.

We’re growing 💚 and looking for the right person or people to join our team.

Medical Spa Buffalo is now hiring Part-Time Patient Care Coordinators.

If you love aesthetics, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely enjoy taking care of people, we want to meet you.

Schedule:
• Weekday evenings: 2–6pm or 3:45–7:15pm
• Saturdays: 9–1 or 2–6
• Must be willing to work at all MSB locations

Position Details:
• 12 - 20 hours per week
• Starting at $20/hour
• Non-benefitted position
• Employee perks available after successful 90-day probationary period

Key Responsibilities:
• Patient intake + medical forms
• Responding to calls, texts & messages
• Scheduling + coordinating upcoming visits
• Cashing out patients
• Skincare product knowledge + sales
• Supporting daily clinic flow

We’re looking for someone who is:
Upbeat, polished, and professional.
Calm under pressure but motivated during downtime.
Independent, accountable, dependable, and team-oriented.
Previous aesthetics or med spa experience preferred.

When Belotero and Radiesse are combined and placed directly on bone, the behavior of each filler is driven by their fundamentally different rheology, composition, and tissue interactions. We can actually separate the products after injection with firm targeted pressure. This is not true physical extrusion, but rather selective redistribution based on viscoelastic differences.

1. Material properties drive separation
2. Supraperiosteal placement favors Radiesse anchoring
3. Firm pressure facilitates HA redistribution
4. Belotero integrates into surrounding soft tissue
5. Functional outcome: structure + hydration

The result is:
- More natural contouring
- Reduced palpability
- Improved overlying skin quality
- A smoother transition between bone-based support and superficial soft tissue

Belotero and Radiesse are not chemically bound, so when mixed and injected supraperiosteally, their differing rheologic properties allow them to function independently. Radiesse anchors deeply on bone providing structure, while firm pressure encourages the lower-viscosity Belotero to redistribute outward along tissue planes. This allows Belotero to integrate into surrounding soft tissue, delivering hydration and surface refinement while Radiesse maintains projection and support.
