Story time… last couple weeks I been slacking on my exercise routine probably because it’s been so nice out I been hiking instead of the gym ! lol went to buttermilk falls, chittenango Falls , and the Catskills . All give you cardio. But definitely see definition on my legs , I think in gaining muscle at this point. Scale is not going down , but I don’t care bout my physical number. Well off to Erie Canal because it’s gorgeous day!

Hello everyone! Just a little background story my name is Ashley. I am from New York and I’ve been heavier set my entire life. I try to lose weight in the past Weight Watchers to Atkins to the Dash diet calorie restriction.  nothing seem to work so two years ago I decided to get gastric bypass surgery which saved my life. I went from a sized 24 pants to a size 5 currently I’ve lost over 220 pounds and I enjoy going to the gym I started kickboxing classes three times a week, which will help me with my core this year. I’m getting my skin removal surgery and my goal is to compete in a bodybuilding competition in 2025. It would be the full circle from a heavy girl to a fit trim healthy individual. I will post my progress and tips and tricks along the way I have learned. It’s judgement free zone, love everyone opinions within reason, I’m super excited see my progress this next year! Stay tuned 💪
