Did you know that if you visualize and put things in a place that you can see everyday, you are more likely to follow through? Vision boards are one of these ways that you can start.

Christine and Melanie are starting to get things ready for their The Live your Best Life Transformational Retreat for Women this upcoming Sunday so that you get things in order.

There are still some spots that are open and don't forget if you sign up you can bring a friend for free up until January 29th, 2025. Bring your best friend, mom, sister or mother ln law to have some fun and have that support.

This fun filled day event has the materials that you need ( we do ask that if you want to add anything that you have saved up- photos, magazine clippings, words, etc- to bring them to add to your board), you will get a delicious lunch, great grouip support and more activities planned and even better you will be around other ladies who are there to meet new people and have some fun.
