Children with ADHD often struggle with "dialing down" their brain to calm before sleep. While sleep hygiene and good phone boundaries are important for all people, they are critical for ADHD brains.

We are expanding our space to include a therapy training space that includes an observation area through one-way glass window. We will welcome Undergraduate and Graduate Students, Therapy Interns and Therapists extending their skills to further enhance professional skills and refine treatment for even more children, teens and families.
