Medicare covers endovenous laser ablation procedures.

As veins become varicose, vein valves become more leaky. This allows old venous blood to pool in the legs, causing heavy legs, tired legs, fatigued legs, leg cramps at night, throbbing of inflamed varicose veins, ankle and leg swelling.

Fall, Winter and Spring are the best times of the year to get cosmetic sclerotherapy.

What is being injected ? Microfoamed sclerosant solution containing Polidochanol. This is not the hypertonic saline solution that your grandmother got in the 1970’s. This solution has anesthetic properties and DOES NOT cause a burning sensation when injected.

If you are interested in being evaluated, call and set up an appointment. We are booking sclerotherapy appointments for September, October, November and December. These procedures are NOT covered by medical insurance. We do not accept patients from outside of our geographic area because we cannot treat everyone out there.
