Stress Lives in the Body, Not Just the Mind
Stress doesn’t just affect your mood.
It affects your hormones, digestion, immune system, mitochondria, and even how your cells produce energy.
When stress is chronic or overwhelming, the body adapts, slowing certain functions, increasing inflammation, and staying on high alert.
Over time, this can look like exhaustion, pain, brain fog, weight changes, or feeling disconnected from your body.
Nothing is “wrong” with you.
Your body has been working overtime.
Curious how stress impacts the body at a cellular level? DM me “BODY” and I’ll share more.
