Holding onto things you can’t control creates constant tension. Letting go brings calm.

2. It protects your energy

When you stop fighting what’s already done, you stop wasting emotional energy.

2 things you can smell
1 thing you can taste or one thing you like about this moment
Take one more slow breath.
You are here. You are safe.”

This exercise helps by bringing your attention back to the present moment.
Focusing on your senses calms your nervous system and interrupts anxious thoughts.
