ECMC’s Lab is the first outside NYC to install and operate Abbott’s GLP systems TrackTM, which will provide quick, accurate results and deliver the best care to patients. The system reduces turnaround time and removes at least 80% of manual steps, increasing reliability and minimizing errors to help provide patients quicker lab results.

Throughout her career, Susan has provided compassionate, patient-centered care to countless individuals across Western New York. Her dedication to her patients, commitment to excellence, and supportive presence within our organization have made a last impact on both patients and colleagues alike.

We are deeply grateful for Susan’s years of service and the trusted relationships she has built within our community. While we will miss her greatly, we are excited for her as she begins this well-earned chapter.
