Coby did a great job at the office again yesterday!
My around a 100 lb bull mastiff pit & Catahoula mix who is about 21 months old has been Colin to the office with me almost every Monday recently. I’m so happy to be working someplace where I can bring him to work and that my clients love seeing him! Some of them ask about him when he’s not there, missing him. He’s so gentle and well behaved for his age. We’ve done a lot of training. I’m very proud of him. 🥰
**Please let me know if you are allergic to dogs or would rather not meet him and I’ll be sure to leave him home that day. No problem at all. I can also vacuum before you come in if you are allergic to dogs. Thankfully he doesn’t shed that much with being a short haired dog. 😄
If you see him just say hello and if you want to be his best friend, give him butt scratches! Haha that’s his favorite.

Word of mouth is the best form of advertising. I’m considering keeping this refer a friend program ongoing but for at least a year. Take advantage of it while you can!

You are welcome to add up as many $30 credits as you like as long as who you refer comes in for an appointment, you get the credit if they confirm that you referred them. 😄👍

I am starting a new special! If you refer someone to me (whether you are a current client or haven’t seen me yet), you get $30 off your next (or first) visit!! 🎉

Current acupuncture rates are $120 for your initial visit (or $100 for students & seniors); $80 for follow up visits (or $75 for students & seniors). Massage is $100 / hour. Life coaching is $100 / hour.

Referrals are the best way to build a business and I want my patients / clients to know how much I appreciate referrals. Thank you so much for all the referrals in the past and thank you very much for the ones you haven’t made yet! 😄🙏

Moving office locations is hard on a business and I’ve moved a few times in the last 9 months. It took a while to find the right fit.

I am so grateful for my current office WITH WINDOWS and AC for when it is too hot for windows open. Haha

The open house on Saturday May 17 was a hit! There was just the right amount of people who showed up. It was full but not crowded, with a consistent ebb and flow of guests.

I intended to take some pics & video during the party but I was too busy being the host and having fun talking to people that I forgot all about it until after the party was over.
Haha oh well. My friend, gave me the idea to take a pic of the leftovers. Thanks Annabelle!! She and our friend, Matt, did a fabulous job with the sound bath at the end of the evening - a much needed meditative healing experience for me at the end of a hectic day & before clean up!
& did an excellent job as well with playing live ambient music on the keys and handpan. (Totally kicking myself for not getting video!! If anyone got some please dm me! 🙏🩷)
‘s artwork was a big hit as well. Her work will be up in the space until Sept/Oct.

I don’t even know if she’s on Insta or FB but a very big THANK YOU to my assistant extraordinaire, Melissa. She has been amazing through all of these transitions since September. 🙏
Thank you all SO MUCH for being part of this special night with me. Big THANKS to everyone who was able to be there, to everyone who wanted to be there who couldn’t make it, & to everyone who gave me some support & encouragement for going for it with this new space. First door past Jenna L. Goldsmith (medical spa).
You will see my sign on that next glass door outside (go in that door) #7 is down the hall on the right. Just come in when you arrive.

This is my new office space! It's the first time I've had my own office space since 2011, and I'm excited to celebrate with you! The front room has lots of space so we turned it into a gallery. Gretchen Wylegala's beautiful and unique paintings and collages will be displayed and are for sale.
There will be appetizers & drinks throughout the evening.
From 6-8:15pm there will be ambient music and occasional dance performance.
Live ambient music will be played by Jason Pfaff on keyboard and Aaron Piepszny on handpan.
There will also be some dance performance by Aaron Piepszny and possibly others.
You are certainly welcome to dance. That's always encouraged. 🙂
From 8:15-8:45 We will have - Sounds From The Well Within: Immersive Sound Bath Experience, with Annabelle Ludwick and Matt Overfield. They will share their beautiful, calming, meditative experience with us. You are welcome to bring a mat and / or a blanket to get comfy and cozy on the floor or settle into one of the chairs provided. There are also a couple of mats & blankets in the space that you are welcome to utilize.
Throughout the whole evening, including during the sound bath, you are welcome to move about as you like - stretch, do yoga, dance, mingle, enjoy some apps and drink. However, during the sound bath, please do your best to keep the talking down to a whisper, if you need to communicate with someone, so that others can enjoy the experience.
After the sound bath, we will have a little more time to mingle and close up the evening.
