We were excited to be part of the Plainfield Senior Center’s Senior Expo this past Saturday!
Our Generations Family Health Center team had a wonderful time connecting with community members, sharing resources, and talking about how we support healthy aging at every stage of life.
Events like this are such a great reminder of the power of community, bringing together local organizations, services, and neighbors all in one place. Thank you to the Plainfield Senior Center for hosting such a welcoming and informative morning!

Generations Family Health Center ofrece un grupo de terapia para hombres adultos que hablan español, enfocado en crear apoyo comunitario y reducir el estigma sobre la salud mental.

Generations Family Health Center is offering a Spanish-speaking men’s therapy group designed to build community, support one another, and break the stigma around mental health.

Participants will:
• Explore how culture impacts men’s mental health
• Learn about depression and anxiety
• Practice grounding techniques and deep breathing
• Talk about trauma and its effects

📍 Open to Spanish-speaking men (18+) – patients and non-patients welcome

🗓 Wednesdays | 3:00–4:00 PM
April 29 – June 24, 2026

We accept most insurance plans and offer a Sliding Fee Scale for those who qualify.

Our Human Resources team was out in the community yesterday, connecting with the next generation of healthcare professionals at the Southeastern Connecticut Healthcare Career Expo!
Hosted by the Norwich Area Chamber of Commerce Education & Workforce Development Committee, this event brought together high school students from across the region to explore the many paths available in healthcare.

From hands-on first responder demonstrations to conversations about career readiness and navigating future opportunities, students had the chance to engage directly with industry professionals and start envisioning their future in healthcare.
