The Vanderman Derby Horse Race went off today, right before the Kentucky Derby tomorrow. After the winners received their prizes, everyone was treated to a Mint Julep mocktail.

Dog and horse visits today. We’re loving pet therapy. Thank you to Loree from A Lil Luv Mini Horse Therapy who brought Scooter, and to Luna the golden retriever.

Pool noodle fun today with many laughs. We later enjoyed grilled cheese sandwiches filled with sautéed apples for our fusion food tasting. They all loved it.
