Connect Family Center, Inc. is a Faith Based, 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, Family Support Organization. We are dedicated and committed to serving the community since 1995; providing supportive care, mentoring, and social services, emergency services,IIC/BA and family counseling services to at-risk children, youth and families in various communities in the New Jersey tri-state area since 2003.
