We have an important update about our Medicaid coverage and patient policy.

As of 𝟏𝟎/𝟏𝟒/𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, our practice is 𝐧𝐨 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐧 𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐢𝐝, but we remain committed to providing quality, affordable care to our community. 💚

Here’s what this means for you:

✅ 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

You may continue receiving care 𝐚𝐭 𝐧𝐨 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞 as long as you follow our attendance policy.

• 𝐀 $𝟓𝟎 𝐧𝐨-𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐟𝐞𝐞 applies for missed appointments without 24-hour notice.

• After 𝟑 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, patients will be reclassified as self-pay for future visits.

• 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 is required to remain eligible for no-charge visits.

As of 10/08/2025, our practice is no longer in network with Medicaid. However, we remain committed to ensuring you have access to care. To continue serving our ND Medicaid patients, we will provide services at no charge under the following conditions:

💔Important Update for our ND Medicaid patients:

It is with a heavy heart that effective October 08, 025, Skin Win Dermatology is no longer in network with ND Medicaid. (If you were seen after 10/08/2025 your balance will be adjusted off. If you receive a bill please contact the office)

This change was not initiated by us - ND Medicaid unexpectedly removed us from their network. We are actively working to rectify this situation and hope to restore in-network status as soon as possible.

We understand how impactful this may be for many of our patients and we want you to know we are sincerely sorry for this change. Serving our ND Medicaid patients has always been a privilege and we remain committed to finding a resolution.

In the meantime- we will continue to offer self-pay options and provide support with out-of-network billing when possible.
