Do you want a mindful reset before the start of your workweek? Then come join Jodie tonight at 7pm and dress in your coziest clothes bring a blanket and socks and be ready to practice restorative yoga. This is a gentle, restful practice focusing on relaxation through passive stretching, guided meditation, and the use of props.
This class is suitable for all levels.
