Our Fall Fundraiser is well underway, and it looks like Aliza is in the lead to get a pie in the face! We appreciate everyone who has donated so far. Thank you!

The donations will close on Halloween and the pie will be *thrown* the following week. The video will be aired at our UVM Community Partners Event on November 8th! More information to follow.

Kids' RehabGYM is very proud to say that all four of our amazing OTs attended the annual America Occupational Therapy Association conference in Philidelphia. These great minds came back with so many fun ideas and new research. Plus, it's fun listening to their adventures together. (These are some of the more professional looking photos ;) )

Happy Holidays everyone! It's so fun to see everyone coming in excited and happy to talk about their plans and traditions for the upcoming holidays.

We are happy to announce two new members of the KRG team!
Maddie Beakes joined our OT team in the beginning of August, moving to Vermont after practicing travel OT in California. Madeline encourages play based learning, allowing children to perform activities of daily living to the best of their ability. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading and hiking.
Elena Tansley joined our PT team at the end of August after practicing school based physical therapy in Buffalo, NY. Since 2013, Elena has also been coaching gymnastics as a passion project. She is dedicated to discovering each childās unique interests and using them to inspire and equip them for success. In her free time, Elena enjoys exploring nature, hiking, adoring dogs, and trying out new foods.

Thank you to everyone who helped make our fundraiser and End of Summer Bash a success! We were happy to see the smiling faces and connect with families and organizations alike. We're already thinking about next year and how we can grow the event!

At Kidsā RehabGYM we provide children of all ages with individualized evidence informed physical and occupational therapy evaluation and treatment to best address functional limitations and assist children to achieve their greatest abilities within their home and community. Through comprehensive family centered care, including interdisciplinary team collaboration, and most importantly, open communication with each child and their family, to allow children and families to grow and learn together to facilitate lifelong success.
The Kids' RehabGYM moved in May 2017, from Colchester to our newly constructed state-of-the-art facility in Williston. Our clinicians assisted in the design process to make this truly a one of a kind space for children with therapeutic needs. Some of the features include: three treatment rooms, a large swing therapy room, a tree-house loft, an 8-foot climbing wall, cardio equipment, two therapy pools, a large main floor flooded with ample natural light and all other therapy tools necessary for successful outcomes.
Since moving to our new space we have added: Beautiful murals throughout our gym space, therapy gardens on our grounds, a new plinth in a private treatment area, gained one new Physical Therapist and one new Occupational Therapist and two Board Certified Pediatric Physical Therapist certifications, and to top it off we have transitioned to a new electronic medical records system.
We look forward to our continued growth and our ability to support children and families within our community. Please feel free to stop by and say hi or give us a shout out on FB.
