We have about 4 weeks to go before my baby arrives, and I AM taking clients before AND after! I'm so lucky to have such an incredible support system that will allow me to continue providing encapsulation services, even with a newborn. Please don't forget it is never too early or too late to reach out!

How it works:
The #1 question most mom's have when they reach out to me is: how exactly does this work?
With everything you have going on in pregnancy and immediately after birth, my goal is to make things as easy as possible for you:
1. Send me your due date/induction date to get on my calendar. This way I have a rough time frame to expect a new arrival.
2. When you go into labor, or head to the hospital for your induction, reach out and let me know so I can start getting ready. It can be helpful to designate someone ahead of time to do this for you!
3. After baby arrives, and only when you are ready, give me a call. For williston local moms, I can usually make a pickup within a few hours of birth (if that's what you want). For out of town moms, arrangements may need to be made for safe storage of the placenta until I am able to reach you (usually within 24 hours).
4. I take it from there! Once your capsules are finished I will deliver them straight to you, either back at the hospital or at your home. Turnaround time for encapsulation is GENERALLY 24-48 hours. This is generally extended to 2-4 days for out of town mama's.

I am always available to answer questions during the process, and diligent about communicating with my clients to ensure that pickup and delivery times work with their schedules!

Hey mamas!
If you're on the fence about placenta encapsulation, it can be helpful to understand the facts. Encapsulation and ingestion of the placenta has been severely neglected in the world of scientific research, and much of the benefits motivating women to participate come from what the mothers who have taken capsules have reported.
Encapsulation isn't right for everyone, and that's okay! Making the right decision for yourself is the top priority.
If you're looking for the science, this meta-analysis provides a great overview of the few studies which have been conducted and their findings, both in support of potential benefits and otherwise:

The use of placenta preparations as an individual puerperal remedy can be traced back to historical, traditional practices in Western and Asian medicine. To evaluate the ingestion of processed placenta as a puerperal remedy, the potential risks (trace ...

Hello Mamas!
My name is Cheyla Bruce. I provide placenta encapsulation services to williston and the surrounding areas!
I started providing these services in 2018, and have worked with 200+ mom's in Williston, Watford, Sidney, Dickinson, and Minot. Some of them with multiple babies!
After having my first daughter in 2019, I went back to school to pursue my Bachelors degree in psychology, with a focus on child development. In 2022, I decided to take a break from encapsulation due to the amount of school, parenting and work on my plate, as I also work a full-time job in Williston.
I found out I was pregnant with my 2nd daughter this year, and will be graduating with my degree within days of my due date. Finishing school and having maternity leave at the same time, taking both class and work off my plate at once, has motivated me to begin providing encapsulation services again! I love being able to provide this service to new moms, and helping them experience the benefits that encapsulation can bring ❤️
Please feel free to reach out with any questions, and congratulations to all my expecting Mamas ❤️
