Acts of kindness not only brighten the lives of others but also strengthen our own sense of well-being. Research shows that giving time, energy, or resources to help others can ease stress, increase happiness, and create a stronger sense of purpose. Volunteering, whether through formal opportunities or small everyday gestures, builds community and reinforces our own resilience. We will look at how altruism benefits mental health, share ways to get involved, and explore how giving to others can spark joy and connection in daily life. https://umdhu.crediblemind.com/lists/mental-health-and-volunteering-whats-the-connection
