The “Benadryl Challenge” is not safe — and can be deadly.
Just because a medication is available over the counter doesn’t mean it’s risk-free. Overdosing on diphenhydramine (Benadryl) can cause serious illness, seizures, heart problems, or death.
Talk to your kids. Lock up medication.
If you or someone you know has taken too much Benadryl, call 911 immediately.

The beginning of the school year can be filled with lots of emotions and stressors. We help teens handle cravings, triggers, and peer pressure—so they can stay on track all year long.

💬 You can find us one day a week at the high school and middle school to meet with youth right where they are.
