The “Benadryl Challenge” is not safe — and can be deadly.
Just because a medication is available over the counter doesn’t mean it’s risk-free. Overdosing on diphenhydramine (Benadryl) can cause serious illness, seizures, heart problems, or death.
Talk to your kids. Lock up medication.
If you or someone you know has taken too much Benadryl, call 911 immediately.

🎒 The Ultimate Teen Back-to-School Starter Pack!

Eckert is thankful for incredible community partners like Williston High School and Williston Middle School, who welcome our counselors to meet with students right at school.
This support helps remove transportation barriers, reduces the need for parents to miss work, and gives kids the opportunity to take a break during the day to talk about triggers, cravings, emotions and healthy coping strategies.
