Five weeks.

Now it gets real.

North Dakota’s Strongest Man & Woman is five weeks out at Great Northern Events — and the window to level up just shrank. ⏳💪

Five weeks to add weight to the bar.
Five weeks to clean up technique.
Five weeks to decide you’re not just training… you’re competing.

This is where separation happens.

The athletes who show up ready?
They use these next 35 days like a launch ramp.

The ones who hesitate?
They’re still “thinking about it” when the chalk settles.

FCSS doesn’t build average.
We build grit, power, and a crew that shows up loud. 🔥

Picture it:
Axle deadlift.
Log clean & press.
Farmers medley.
Crowd roaring.
Your name called.

Five weeks.
Lock it in.
Train with intention.

Let’s make Williston feel it. 💥

Steel plates, chalk dust… and then boom — hip-hop dance class. 💥

That’s what competing together looks like at Full Circle Strength Systems.

You train hard under the bar. You push sleds. You chase PRs. And then you show up to a dance studio together to work on flexibility, coordination, rhythm, and team chemistry. Because performance isn’t just brute force — it’s control, awareness, and trust.

Watching teammates learn choreography side by side is next-level bonding. You laugh. You struggle. You high-five. You realize that growth happens outside your comfort zone — whether that’s a max deadlift or a spin move you didn’t see coming.

Lacee and Mitch are intentional about building this kind of culture. It’s not just about lifting heavier. It’s about moving better. Supporting each other. Expanding skill sets. Building confidence that carries over into competition — and into life.

Strength is powerful.
Teamwork is unstoppable.
And a gym that trains both? That’s rare air.

We don’t just build strong athletes.
We build strong humans. 💪🔥

02/28/2026

Six weeks.

That’s not “someday.”
That’s “time to lock in.”

North Dakota’s Strongest Man & Woman is coming back to Williston at Great Northern Events — and the countdown is officially on. 💥

Six weeks to sharpen the axle deadlift.
Six weeks to dial in the log press.
Six weeks to turn “I’m thinking about it” into “I showed up.”

This isn’t just another Saturday lift. This is atmosphere. This is chalk in the air. This is teammates yelling your name while you fight for one more rep. This is the moment you test what you’ve been building inside these walls at FCSS.

Strongman doesn’t reward perfect conditions.
It rewards preparation and guts.

If you’ve been training… good.
If you’ve been watching… it’s time to step in.

North Dakota’s Strongest Man & Woman XII doesn’t just happen…

It’s BUILT. 💥

Built with early mornings ☀️
Built with late nights 🌙
Built with chalk in the air and music cranked up 🔊
Built by a crew that knows how to work hard and have a blast doing it 😎

At FCSS, this event is more than a competition. It’s a team effort from start to finish.

There are barbells getting loaded 🏋️
Sandbags getting tossed 💼
Farmers handles getting carried across the floor 🚶‍♂️
Power Stairs getting set up again and again 🔥

Behind the scenes, it’s organized chaos in the best way possible. Equipment moving. Timelines being checked. Athletes asking questions. Volunteers stepping up. And somehow… a whole lot of laughing in between 😂

That’s what makes this special.

It’s the high fives 🙌
It’s the hype before a big lift 🎤
It’s the team yelling when someone hits a PR 📣
It’s staying after to tear everything down and still joking around while doing it 💪

Hard work.
Strong people.
Zero ego.
All energy. ⚡

We’re proud of the work going into this show.
We’re proud of the crew behind it.
And we’re ready to bring the heat on April 11th 🔥🔥🔥
