‼️Although this event is put on for our adolescent community, we do welcome the public to come listen to Garret’s story, provide support, and bear witness to the strength and unity that these teens have in solidarity for mental health advocacy! 🎗️

🌟 Now Enrolling: Adolescent SPARCS Group 🌟

We’re excited to announce a FREE support group for 5th & 6th grade adolescents who have experienced chronic stress or adversity.

✨ In this group, participants will:
✅ Identify personal strengths
✅ Explore positive decision-making skills
✅ Build and strengthen healthy relationships

🗓 Every Tuesday, September 23 – December 16
⏰ 4:00 – 5:00 PM
📍 ConnectUs Therapy

💚 This program is made possible through generous donations to the CU Foundation Hardship Assistance Program, ensuring it is FREE for all participants.
