This salmon is only available to members of the New London Food Co-op - If you'd like to become a member, let us know and we'll get you signed up!

20 pounds of full sockeye salmon filets, each filet weighing about 1.5 pounds each.
Estimated price $17.00/pound or $340 per box

Portioned Filet Box:

10 pounds of portioned sockeye salmon filets, each portion being individually packaged in 6oz-8oz packages, each box containing about 20-25 portions.
Estimated price $18.00/pound or $180 per box.
