Meet Kara, Nurse Practitioner

✨ How long have you been with Janning ENT Center? Going on six years!

✨ What’s your favorite part of your job? I love the variety of symptoms, treatment options, and ages of patients I get to take care of.

✨ When you’re not at work, you can usually find me: Outside (paddle boarding, hiking, biking, walking/running) or watching my boys at their events (soccer,
basketball, track, baseball)!

✨ Favorite snack, drink, and meal: Chocolate Cashews

✨ Hidden talent or fun fact about you: I have participated in one half Ironman Triathlon and multiple sprint races and enjoy the challenge of swimming, biking, and running.

✨ Favorite movie, show, or book: Kristin Hannah and Mitch Albom have been my authors to read this year.

✨ Favorite place you’ve ever traveled? Cozumel or Utah - very different trips but both gorgeous and full of activities!

✨ One thing on your bucket list? Continue to visit as many national parks as I can.

✨ Go-to song or playlist: Between my husband and two boys, they control the set list - check out the local Old Man Cover Band for upcoming shows!
