The Role: Dental Administrative Team Member
This is a newly added position created to support our growing patient base and strong team.
You’ll be the first impression for our patients and a key part of keeping the day running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and contributing to a positive, professional environment.

Dental or administrative experience is a plus—but not required. We’re happy to train the right person.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet patients warmly and create an outstanding first impression
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow
• Assist with insurance verification and administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Communicate clearly with patients and team members
• Support the clinical team to ensure a smooth, high-level patient experience
