Dear West Central Dental friends and family,
We Are Back!
We want to extend a thank you for your patience and understanding as we move through this pandemic. Your health and well-being are and always have been a priority for us. With that, we are excited to open our doors to you and your family. In doing so we have followed the guidance of the Minnesota state governor, the Minnesota Board of Dentistry, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
Starting May 18th, we will be seeing patients for all forms of dental care including: cleanings, new patient exams, crowns, fillings, and elective procedures. In doing so, we are committed to you and your safety as well as the safety of our staff.
When you visit our NEW office, many things will appear different, these changes were made to protect you and our staff. For example:
CURBSIDE CHECK-IN / WAITING ROOM
• Please call 320.231.1739 or text 320.314.4742 when you arrive and we will give you more instructions as to when to enter the building.
• When you arrive, you will Fill out Additional COVID-19 screening forms as well as having your temperature checked
• All forms will now be digital: we will either send a link to you for you to fill out on your device or at our office with an IPAD
• Please refrain from bringing extra people with to the appointment. When possible, have them remain in the car.
• Please wear a mask when entering, if you do not have one, we will provide one for you.
Appointments
• Office hours and appointments will be limited since we will be following the guidance set for us and we will be reopening slowly. We hope within a few weeks to work back to a normal schedule.
• Appointments for May 18th and beyond, we will be contacting you regarding your appointment. For those that we have to reschedule we are working as hard as we can to do so in a timely manner.
• We will no longer offer magazines, children’s toy, or brochures in the waiting room, since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect. Please bring your own reading material or Tablet if you desire.
• Appointments will be managed to follow social distancing between patients to reduce waiting times for you as well as to reduce the number of patients in the office at one time.
• You will notice your doctor, hygienist, and assistant wearing more personal protective equipment than normal to minimize cross contamination and exposure.
