Here's the lowdown:
Cupping uses suction to lift and separate fascial layers, boosting blood flow, elasticity, and lymphatic mobility while reducing tension. It's especially great for enhancing fascial glide, which is crucial for muscle function and flexibility.
Scraping, or IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), mobilizes soft tissues with direct pressure from tools to reduce pain, tightness, and restrictions, meanwhile promoting recovery, circulation, and healing.
