The physicians and staff of Atrium Medical Group  extend our sincere apologies to all of our patients who may have been affected by the unfortunate swatting incident in Willoughby this morning.  Out of an abundance of caution for our staff and our patients, we  put our Willoughby medical office location on emergency lockdown until the situation was deemed safe by law enforcement as it was very near the incident scene. We did our absolute best to reach patients by phone as quickly as possible to let them know that their morning appointments would need to be rescheduled for their own safety. If you were affected by this and if we were unable to reach you, please call our office to reschedule. We take the safety of everyone very seriously and we are very sorry that this unfortunate incident affected so many!

We should eat at least this much vegetables and fruits in a day. And have a diverse selection of vegetables/fruits.
