How well does your body eliminate ?
If you’re like most people, you’ve been eating processed, hard to digest foods all your life. This can lead to chronic constipation, sluggish digestion and dis-ease!
When people spend a lifetime eating foods that have slow bowel transit time or produce mucus and pus in the body, the bowel walls fill with accumulation of indigested foods and f***l matter. This leads to distinction and bloating in the stomach/abdominals. Think about it. It’s filled with waste, 💩 so your body stores fat over it to protect your vital organs.
When you consume foods that are poisonous and toxic to the body, your body’s protective response forces it straight out of your body as fast as possible - diharrea. These foods are stimulants and irritants, which promote these Emergency Bowel movements to occur. It does not mean it’s a natural bowel movement.
What we have encountered however, is that most people do not regularly use the restroom and are actually sensitive about the subject. Ideally, one should be eliminating at least once a day - in fully healthy individuals, a bowel movement can occur after every meal.
When you get your bowels flowing, health will follow. Overall health mirrors the health if the colon as it affects every part of the body.
Being overweight is very often a sign of chronic constipation!!
This is why it’s so important to change your diet and get regular colonics to clear out the colon!!!
