We can all work together to tackle trafficking by raising awareness, educating ourselves and others, getting involved in community outreach events, etc! "Dry January" is when participants abstain from alcohol the entire month. This is a popular trend that has many health benefits such as better sleep, a clearer mind, improved mood, etc. A few tips to keep you sober this month are swapping alcoholic beverages for fun "mocktails", engaging in physical activities that keep you grounded, such as hiking or yoga, and connecting with those who are also participating in Dry January. Not only do we provide inpatient treatment for adults, children, and adolescents, but we also provide partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs for patients who wish to seek behavioral health treatment while returning to work and/or school. We offer flexible time frames for our outpatient programs, and also provide transportation!
