Having issues with your skin? The dragons blood is great for eczema as well as for chapped and cracking skin. Especially those cracks on dry heels and around the fingernails that show up in the winter. The other creams are specifically for rosacea and for psoriasis, respectively. I am making a new commitment to myself. When I find myself complaining about someone or some thing, I am going to stop, ask myself, am I OK right now in this present moment. The answer is always going to be yes right now I’m OK. I want to practice being more present, not living in the past or the imagined future.

I am really excited to share this tip with everyone. As our skin ages and gets thinner, it is not uncommon to get these types of bruises that just seemed to pop up. Recently a client asked me if there was anything she could do with essential oils to help them to fade. I made her up a 50-50 solution of arnica tincture, and tea tree oil. I asked her to take a before picture and then an after picture if it seemed to be working. This is the difference that it made in just four days. If this is a problem for you, you could make up your own solution. I have the containers and the Arnica and tea tree that you could order from me or I could make it for you. Whatever seems easier. Today’s tip: treating shingles with aromatherapy. Start with 1 ounce of carrier oil. I use fractionated coconut oil but there are other oils that you could use. Now add 12 drops each of tea tree oil, Roman, chamomile, Cypress, peppermint, sandalwood, and Ravensara essential oils. The antiviral properties of these oils will help to eradicate the shingles virus. For the nerve pain associated with shingles use my RSD cream. It’s anti-inflammatory and analgesic for pain relief. One of my favorite things to do is to teach people the art of Reiki energy work. Every time I turn a new class of students out into the world I think of all the good that they can do. Even if they only use Reiki for self healing they are going to be presenting to the world a better version of themselves. Then the ripple effect happens. Many of my students go onto use Reiki to help friends and family and to send healing out to the planet and those who are suffering. In this way, I am building an army of energy workers.
