Painesville Stroll. Thursday November 20th from 4pm-8pm. This is a fun event. If I wasn't working it, I would be there walking around. A bunch of the businesses will be open late. There will be pop up markets such as the one where I will be set up. Santa and Christmas carolers will be walking around. Many of the businesses will have drinks and snacks to share. I will be set up with my products at 70 S. Park place Painesville square (in the old Branches of Wellness studio). Come on in and warm up and say hello!

Mayfield Village Garden Club Holiday Market Saturday November 22nd 10am-4pm at 6621 Som Center Rd. This is the community building right by the gazebo at the corner of Som and Wilson Mills rd.

I had the best level one Reiki class yesterday. Seven students. They are now ready to go out into the world and do Reiki for themselves and others. I was flying high on the energy all evening.

 Essential oil tip: it’s that time of year again here is the blend for pumping up your immune system. You can also use it three or four times a day if you’re actually sick. I use it as a preventative.
 Want to pump up your immune system for cold and flu season? Essential oils of oregano, tea, tree, and thyme all increase white blood cell production. White blood cells are your immune system warriors. You can also use peppermint and lavender and eucalyptus. All of these have antibacterial, and or antiviral and antifungal properties. I blend them into a spray (using deionized water as my carrier ) and I use it every morning, putting some on my wrist to get into my bloodstream and on the bottom of my feet where there are many many pores to allow them to get into the bloodstream. You can also make a roll-on combining these oils Into a carrier oil. If you would rather not purchase each of these oils to make your own, you can buy the product through me or feel free to contact me to help give you directions on making your own blends. The owners Tim and Tina are really good people. So, if you come out to support my sale there please try one of their pastries or one of their large variety of drinks.
