Essential oil tip: This time of year my sinuses start to really go crazy from the change in the barometric pressure and all of the pollen in the air. A great mix for a sinus roll on. Start with a blending oil. I use fractionated coconut oil. You can also use jojoba oil or grapeseed oil. Really just about any type of oil but make sure it’s not something that’s going to go rancid quickly. You’re then going to add the following essential oils. Ravensara, eucalyptus radiata, Roman chamomile, peppermint and tea tree. You are then going to put in 1/3 ounce of the blending oil which is what a roller ball holds. Make sure to leave enough room to put your drops of essential oil in. Now add 60 drops combined oils. So if you’re using all five of these oils. You would divide five into 60 so 12 drops of each. Once your solution is made you use the roller ball to roll the mixture under your cheekbones, following the line of a cheekbone and above your eyebrows and then rub it in very well. This will help to lessen the pressure in the sinuses and get them breaking up and moving. I depend on this to get rid of my sinus pressure headaches. If you do not have a roller ball you can make this oil combination in a different container and then just put it on your finger to rub it on. Just make sure you’re starting with the 1/3 ounce of blending oil and the 60 combine drops mixture. If you need supplies I do have roller ball containers, as well as all of the essential oils and the fractionated coconut oil to blend with. You can also buy this product premade from me. Just PM me.
Have a great day!
