🌟 Dancing Under the Stars: A Night to Remember!
On Friday, August 1, community members gathered for Dancing Under the Stars to support Lifeline, Inc. and Sexual & Reproductive Health division of Signature Health, Inc.

💃 A huge congratulations to Signature Health’s very own Alix Dalheim, who shined on the dance floor and took home the Star of the Night Award!

💰 Thanks to the incredible generosity of our supporters, our dancers raised over $40,000 to help expand access to vital health services in our community.

Thank you to everyone who came out to cheer, dance, and make a difference!

This National Health Center Week, we’re grateful for every patient, provider, partner, and supporter who makes our work possible.

From rural towns to urban neighborhoods, Community Health Centers are there, serving people of every race, ethnicity, and background.

But we don’t do this work alone. Community Health Centers rely on partnerships with hospitals, schools, public health departments, food banks, housing organizations, and more to keep our communities healthy. Together, we serve 1 in 10 Americans.

As we look to the future, our mission is clear: quality healthcare access for all. Thank you for being on this journey with us. Here’s to 60 more years of improving our nation’s health.

No matter who you are or where you live, Community Health Centers are here to serve, with or without insurance, and regardless of your ability to pay. We care for:

▪️ 1 in 5 rural residents
▪️ 1 in 6 people who rely on Medicaid for health coverage
▪️ 1 in 9 children and adolescents
▪️ 490,000 veterans
▪️ 1.12 million school-based patients
▪️ 1.47 million people experiencing homelessness
▪️ Plus, many more!

That’s the power of Community Health Centers—trusted primary care providers serving nearly 34 million people across the country.

✅ 5.7M were treated for high blood pressure — 65% achieved blood pressure control
✅ 9M received obesity care — 72% of youth got screened and counseled on nutrition & activity

At Community Health Centers, patients aren’t just receiving care, they’re helping lead it.

Every CHC board is made up of at least 51% patients, meaning major decisions about services, priorities, and programs are made by the people who rely on them most.

This unique model keeps health centers grounded in the real needs of their communities — and it works.

On Patient Appreciation Day, we celebrate the voices, experiences, and leadership of the patients who power our mission.

For 60 years, Community Health Centers have been there for people—providing care you can count on, no matter your income or insurance.

What started in 1965 as a small program to bring healthcare to areas with limited access, has grown into a powerful network that now serves more than 32.5 million people at over 16,000 locations across the country.

Community Health Centers couldn’t do this work without the talented people who make it all happen.

To our dedicated Signature Health team members, and the more than 310,000 clinical and non-clinical staff across the country —thank you.

Whether you’re providing care, managing schedules, keeping buildings running, or supporting patients in a hundred other ways, you are the heart of the health center mission.

This National Health Center Week, we celebrate YOU. 💙
