Last month, our Mobile Clinic team visited the food bank at G.O. Community Development Corporation and provided essential services to support local outreach.

Services offered include:
• Naloxone and fentanyl test strips
• HIV, hepatitis C, and blood pressure screenings
• Hygiene kits and sexual wellness supplies
• Nurse assessments and care coordination
• Mental health and addiction recovery support
• Safe Syringe Exchange Program
