Another amazing Clear Fork + Select Rehabilitation success story! 🌟

We are so proud to share the amazing progress of one of our residents. She began on-site therapy after experiencing ankle pain that made walking difficult. With gentle encouragement and the support of our incredible therapy team, she started using a walker to get around her room. Over the past two months, her hard work has paid off. She can now walk independently from her room to the dining area! This milestone has boosted her confidence and brought so much joy to her daily life. 💪✨

We’re proud to join the launched by the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living. This campaign celebrates residents reaching meaningful milestones in their therapy programs — shining a light on the incredible progress happening right here in our community. 💪✨

We are so proud of the amazing progress one of our residents has made. She began on-site therapy after experiencing weakness and pain that affected her balance and independence. With hard work and the support of our dedicated therapy team, she’s now walking confidently with her rollator and requires only minimal supervision on uneven surfaces. Her pain is gone, her strength and balance have greatly improved, and she’s thriving with a renewed sense of independence and confidence in her daily life!
