Coaching calls on the back patio in this amazing spring weather today!! Clients making HUGE WINS this week! 🌞😍🥰🌞
✅ Finally kicked the sugar from her coffee 🤗
✅ Has started exercising again 💪🏼
✅ Settling into new routine with reading scripture, praying and hearing from God 🙏🏼
✅ Staying consistent with supplement dosing and has them packed to go on busy days! 🌿
✅ Making better food choices 🥩
✅ Stressed with work but overall mood is better! 😁
✅ Has started cooking more but still needs to find a better rhythm 🥘

I love these calls because it really gives me time to connect on ways to improve their day to day lives. It doesn’t matter how many supplements or protocols you do when your day-to-day leaves you sluggish, depleted and feeling crappy bc you don’t move, hydrate or nourish your physical and emotional self.
