Join Regina and Snow Healing Center for Yoga for the Inner Child. January 22nd at 7:15pm.

It is through dedicated practice of yoga that the mind becomes a fertile ground for growth. Seeds of expanding consciousness are sown into the mind, taking root within the human’s subtle bodies, and ultimately blossom into an embodied philosophy…a way of being, a way of life. Yoga nourishes the mind, body, and spirit.

Yoga for the Inner Child strives to cultivate the conditions for one to safely explore the body-mind-spirit connection with childlike wonder, playful curiosity and radical acceptance.

In this monthly gathering, students will engage in a 90-minute yoga class which will include: YIN Yoga asana (physical postures), meditation, contemplation on a chosen yoga sutra, and an automatic writing exercise to conclude class.
YIN Yoga balances the mind and strengthens the body by holding postures for several minutes at a time. This allows gravity to act on the body, providing a natural, deep stretch to the connective tissues. As a passive practice, YIN is a necessary complement to the active Yang energy which dominates our present society.

Yoga for the Inner Child is led by Regina Filomeno, LSW, RMT, CYT200. She is a licensed social worker, holistic mental health therapist, energy medicine practitioner, yoga instructor, psychic seer, angelic channel, HSP, friend of the trees, and a mother. Regina completed her traditional yoga teacher training in 2024 with Sattvic Sage Ayurveda & Yoga. The idea of this series, Yoga for the Inner Child, evolved as a result of Regina’s lifelong passions for Jungian Psychology, Creative Writing, Metaphysics and Social Justice.

Join Regina for Reiki Share December 28th at 5:15pm

A Reiki Share is a supportive community of certified Reiki Practitioners who gather together to discuss The Healing System of Reiki, as well as to practice and hone their skills.

If you are a Reiki Practitioner looking for a safe, loving, supportive environment to practice with others, we invite you to join our monthly Reiki Share, hearts & hara!

This Reiki Share welcomes practitioners from all branches of Reiki and will explore traditional Japanese Reiki techniques, help individuals to facilitate a robust Reiki self-care practice, build a competent network of Reiki professionals, and foster a community of support, where practitioners at all levels can learn and grow from one another.

Hearts & Hara is led by Regina Filomeno, an 8th Generation Usui Reiki Master Teacher, trained and certified in Usui Shiki Ryoho since 2016 and Karuna Reiki Level 1 (2024). Since beginning her professional Reiki practice, Regina has trained and certified over 35 students in the healing system of Reiki, with a focus on teaching a blend of traditional and modern techniques. Regina has developed and taught workshops to foster continuing education in Reiki and for psychic development: Sensitive AND Strong: Mastering Your Empathic Gifts, The Angelic Alchemy MiniSeries, Angels and Your Reiki Practice and Reiki for Mental Healthcare Workers.
Regina is a licensed social worker serving as an outpatient therapist in community mental health and a reader/healer at Snowflake Healing. She has a deep passion for assisting others in recovering from complex trauma and advocates for spiritually competent, whole-person care in the mental health field.

Requirements for Participation:

Proof of certification, Reiki Level 1 or higher, in any type of Reiki.

Support of $10 cash at the door to cover the cost of materials and use of space.
