We are SO excited to offer this to you!

It's super simple to get the process started - we require that you first contact your insurance company (by calling the phone number on the back of your card) to determine what your insurance benefits are for weight loss medication. If you are self pay - you can pay out of pocket!

Once you have that information, contact our office and let our receptionists know your coverage! We'll be happy to get you scheduled for a consultation with either:
