MOVE your body.
So many people have an excuse- every day.
•Because their knees hurt (get in a pool)
•Because you don’t have time (read emails while on a stationary bike)
•Because they don’t have money (outside air is free. Shoes are cheaper than diabetes.
•Because they don’t have motivation (The World Sports Encyclopedia says there are 200 worldwide recognized with an NGB!)
Because because because.
Well- your obesity and heart disease and depression and sleep disturbances and side effects from the meds that you have to be on because you don’t move cost WAY more. To you. To me. To society. To your heath.
Find something that moves you. Find passion in being healthy. Find joy in wellness. And if you have pain, find someone like us who can help you 💕
