🌿 Ever heard of Qigong? (pronounced ‘chee-gong’)
It’s an ancient Chinese practice that’s been around for over 4,000 years, rooted in traditional Chinese medicine. Qigong combines gentle movements, deep breathing, and focused meditation to cultivate and balance your body’s vital energy — called ‘qi’ (or ‘chi’), which means life force or subtle energy.
Think of it as a mindful way to get your energy flowing smoothly: slow, flowing postures and exercises (some standing, some sitting), coordinated with your breath and calm intention. It’s like a moving meditation that helps harmonize your body, mind, and spirit — no fancy equipment needed, and it’s suitable for all ages and fitness levels!
Many people practice it to reduce stress, boost energy, improve balance & flexibility, support overall wellness, and just feel more centered and peaceful. It’s often called the ‘internal’ foundation behind practices like Tai Chi.

🌿 What is Yoga Nidra? (And why everyone needs it right now)
Yoga Nidra — often called “yogic sleep” — is one of the most powerful yet simple relaxation techniques in existence. It’s a guided meditation done lying down where you systematically relax the body, calm the mind, and enter a state between wakefulness and sleep.
Here’s what makes it special:
