Let’s talk fiber for a minute. Most of the foods we consume today, do not have fiber in them. When we think fiber, we think, oh it helps you p**p. While this is true, digestion of food, is the key. Fiber helps push waste through your system. Without it, bacteria backs up in your intestines. Causing gut health issues etc. make sure you are paying attention to your fiber intake. Most of us are lacking..
