JOIN me and my team, Treatment Trailblazers as we walk for mental health during our annual Bridging the Gap Foundation Walk on Saturday, September 13, 2025 beginning at 8am on the Ron Kirk Pedestrian Bridge parallel to the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge in Dallas, TX. Your tax deductible donation provides therapy sessions for underserved and underinsured individuals in the DFW metroplex. Help our team bridge the disparity gap! I need at least 20 individuals to donate a minimum of $50 to meet our team goal in providing 10 sessions to someone that needs it the most.

Fantabilous Friday Family.
I am feeling so accomplished. There was a time during workout this when I felt like stopping before I achieved my set goal for today. I broke the time into smaller chucks. Before I knew it my goal was achieved BEFORE the designated time, and now I am in my favorite place...the sauna.

This is a double blessing because I have been ar odds with my regular the past couple of weeks because management is letting it rub down to the point I did not want to go there any more. Attendance became irregular and I noticed my attitude shafting as well. Neither are welcomed in this season of my life.

I am intentional at being disciplined, especially with my wellness, AND, in being the best version of myself for myself, and as I relate to others.

The past 2 weeks had me visiting other gyms and driving further to stay with my current membership. Well, I LOVE my membership, and have decided the extra drive is worth it.

My REVELATIONS and takeaways::

1. Working out is required and nonnegotiable for me in this season, and for for a variety of reasons. My life is now off balance without the consistency of my a.m. workouts.

2. Sometimes, God shifts us (me), and requires me to stretch a little more to have His promises for me, and THAT'S OK, Tricia!

3. Remain flexible and pliable.

4. Do whatever is necessary to achieve and maintain quality mental health.

I am grateful FB family. Truly God never leaves or forsakes me and always gives me a chance to get back on track when I get off.

Fiyah Friday: Serious incline and sauna time today. I felt so accomplished BECAUSE I did not want go hit the gym today, but I did. Days like today set the tone! Thanks for rocking with my gym looks. I am sharing a little work vibe today also.

Last night's moon and this morning's sun! Breath taking and renders me speechless. I had to stop during my a.m. walk to literally bask on His presence. !!!
Encourgement: Peace is ALWAYS near. Stop to see and sit in it! Slow down. Take a minute for YOU.
