It will continue to be hot and humid over the next several days with daily storm chances through the mid to late week, tapering off over the weekend. It will NOT be a washout. Severe weather is unlikely, but gusty winds, locally heavy rain, and frequent lightning will remain a possibility each day. Highs will mainly be in the mid 90s with midweek heat index values up to 105-110 degrees Wednesday and Thursday.
