What an amazing experience to learn from the legend and creator of the “Zero Bone Loss Concept” Tomas Linkevicius! The concept is removing a bad tooth and placing the implant at the same appointment. Then placing a “cover” over the site to keep the shape of the gum and the bone. The photo showing this shows one implant done using this method (shape of what the tooth used to be) and the smaller site showing the implant done the old way.

After achieving his licensure as a dentist, Dr. Dino Mantis has continued to expand his skills as a general, restorative, cosmetic and pediatric dentist so he can best serve his patients from Wilmette and the surrounding area. Every year, he educates himself and his staff further so they can utilize all the latest dental techniques and advancements in equipment. Dental science is advancing at a rapid rate and many of these advancements mean better results and greater comfort for our patients.
