I am an attending surgeon at NorthShore University HealthSystem in Chicagoland. I see patients in Lincolnshire, Glenview, and Skokie as part of the NorthShore Orthopaedic Institute. My practice spans hand, wrist, and elbow conditions as well as peripheral nerve surgery (including carpal tunnel and cubital tunnel syndromes), microvascular surgery, minimally invasive techniques, wrist instability and arthroscopy, hand arthritis, and complex trauma and reconstruction. I see infants, children, and adults. I completed my undergraduate and medical school training at Brown University in Providence, RI as part of the combined Program in Liberal Medical Education. I moved to Chicago, where I completed my residency training in Orthopaedic Surgery at RUSH and then on to Rochester, MN where I did my fellowship in hand and microvascular surgery at Mayo Clinic. I was formerly Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Miami in Miami, FL where I was active in student, resident, and fellow education. I remain involved in the academic programs at NorthShore including their hand fellowship and research programs. I am licensed to practice in Illinois and Florida and am a Board-Certified Diplolmate of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. I continue to be quite active in education, research, and development of surgical techniques and products.
