My practice spans hand, wrist, and elbow conditions as well as peripheral nerve surgery (including carpal tunnel and cubital tunnel s

yndromes), microvascular surgery, minimally invasive techniques, wrist instability and arthroscopy, hand arthritis, and complex trauma and reconstruction. I completed my undergraduate and medical school training at Brown University in Providence, RI as part of the combined Program in Liberal Medical Education. I moved to Chicago, where I completed my residency training in Orthopaedic Surgery at RUSH and then on to Rochester, MN where I did my fellowship in hand and microvascular surgery at Mayo Clinic. I was formerly Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Miami in Miami, FL where I was active in student, resident, and fellow education. I remain involved in the academic programs at NorthShore including their hand fellowship and research programs. I am licensed to practice in Illinois and Florida and am a Board-Certified Diplolmate of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. I continue to be quite active in education, research, and development of surgical techniques and products.
