You guys know I love the work that I get to do to help you feel better ❤️ I need to tell you about the modality that I just experienced myself. It’s these tools that vibrate the fascia to loosen up your whole body. It’s weird and super cool. It’s relaxing, but you’re awake the whole time with your clothes on. I really do think you should try it. I will absolutely be going back to see her.
