Wed 7/23 9:30 am Wilmington Yoga Center with Walter Hot Power Yoga or maybe in the evening 6pm Port City Power Yoga Power Beat with Philip. Thurs 7/24 9am Yoga Salt Music Flow with Tamal Dodge or evening Restorative at terra sol sanctuary with Alexis Abbate . Almost the weekend TGIF -- Fri 07/25 7:30 am SUP with Katie Mermaid at Surf City Jet Ski & Watersports . How about 9am at Pineapple Studio Downtown Wilmington or 6pm at You Matter Fitness with Amanda Hot Yoga Power hour. Weekend is brewery time Sat 07/26 10 am with Lauren Alivia at Salty Turtle Beer Company or 10am at Topsail Island Brewing with Tenille. Sun 29th with Jessica Hans 11 am at Hi-Wire Brewing Wilmington. Mon 30th 6pm Port City Power Yoga Power Beats with Hannah. Tue 1st Jul 8am with LONGWAVE YOGA at Dockside Restaurant & Bar . Tue May 13 at 9am terra sol sanctuary with Maura Riordan . Wed 14th back at Crystal Pier with Yoga Salt and Sesa O'Connor 7:30 am or 6pm at You Matter Fitness with Hannah Landry . Thurs 15th 6pm Power Vinyasa at Port City Power Yoga with Elizabeth Baltes. Friday is for you to meditate on the week and look forward to the weekend fun. More places offering SUP yoga , beach toga and brewery yoga.
