Today, we’re preparing yummy breakfast sandwiches 🍳🥪 + ready-for-a-crockpot vegetable soup to help make our future lives a little easier. 🥣🥕🍅🫛

▢ 12 eggs
▢ diced bell pepper, jalapeño, green onion, garlic, little shredded cheese- to taste
▢ 1 teaspoon salt
▢ 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
▢ 12 slices cooked bacon, sausage patties, ham, or canadian bacon
▢ 12 English muffins
▢ 12 slices cheddar cheese , or your favorite cheese
Optional: add cottage cheese to the egg mixture for additional protein!
Toast the English muffins, cook the egg muffins (350 for ~20 minutes or until set), using the first 4 ingredients. Then assemble the rest, freeze in foil, reheat and devour when ready!
