Looking for a little motivation for those “Plan A” meals?! (IYKYK) 😉🥘

Today, we’re preparing yummy breakfast sandwiches 🍳🥪 + ready-for-a-crockpot vegetable soup to help make our future lives a little easier. 🥣🥕🍅🫛

Are you a meal prep-er? If so, what are you making this week? Looking for ideas? We’ve got you! 💪🏽😋

▢ 12 eggs
▢ diced bell pepper, jalapeño, green onion, garlic, little shredded cheese- to taste
▢ 1 teaspoon salt
▢ 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
▢ 12 slices cooked bacon, sausage patties, ham, or canadian bacon
▢ 12 English muffins
▢ 12 slices cheddar cheese , or your favorite cheese
Optional: add cottage cheese to the egg mixture for additional protein!
Toast the English muffins, cook the egg muffins (350 for ~20 minutes or until set), using the first 4 ingredients. Then assemble the rest, freeze in foil, reheat and devour when ready!

⭐️ So often we hear clients say, “If I can just get through this thing/week/month/etc” but in hindsight, that thing just immediately becomes another thing. Projects, the work week, events, the holidays. The truth is, our lives are often over-scheduled, leading to a level of stress on the body that we were never meant to maintain. And without enough rest, our health will eventually suffer. Maybe it’s just a cold or maybe it’s become something more. What would happen if instead of pushing through, we paused, listened and found the right person to help us dig deeper? Why am I chronically fatigued? Why is my blood pressure high? How could I prioritize my health differently to feel better in my body?

⭐️ With that in mind…here is your gentle reminder that for many of us, we’ve made it through the busiest time of year and now, it’s time to rest. To say “no” to the next unnecessary “yes”. To eat and move in a way that nourishes you. To practice self care. To listen to your intuition above all else.

This weekend, we had the pleasure of being asked to present at an annual conference in Raleigh . While we always love the chance to deliver a group topic, this room was full of FUN, enthusiastic caretakers and we had a blast!

Together, we shared ideas on how we can encourage the younger generation to explore different textures + flavors in their foods and how mindfulness + intuition is the key to a healthy future, no matter what the age! Here’s to the next empowered generation!
