Awesome morning at PhysioFit DE putting on a workshop on Low Back Pain!

Breidy gave a great talk on the myths surrounding low back pain…and the evidence on what helps improve pain and function.

Level A and B (i.e. good!) evidence for successful treatment of both acute and chronic low back pain with treatment that includes:
1) Exercise
2) Manual therapy
3) Education

PhysioFit Delaware is growing!

I am so excited to welcome Frederic "Breidy" Breidenbach to the team!

Breidy has advanced training as a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports, as well as a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapy. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Practice in the Arcadia University Physical Therapy program. In his 7 years of clinical practice he found a passion for the rehabilitation of active individuals of all ages, including golfers, overhead athletes, and in particular complex shoulder cases.

Outside of the clinic and classroom Breidy can be found spending quality time with his wife Taylor and their crazy French Bulldog Lucy. Breidy enjoys golfing, hiking, and performing CrossFit style workouts to stay active. He is an avid Michigan Football fan who lives every year for the stressful game against Ohio State.

Breidy looks forward to working with the greater Delaware community and improving people’s function, supporting an active lifestyle, and building their confidence in maintaining these personal gains through the lifespan.

In a year of unprecedented challenges, I have much to be thankful for. I unexpectedly came into solo practice ownership as a brand new small business owner in the middle of a pandemic. I wouldn’t have made it without the support of incredible family & friends- many of them SBOs themselves. So I’m going to shout out some amazing people & small businesses in my stories over the next few days- because without them PhysioFit Delaware wouldn’t be here.
