Last week, we gathered for our annual Leadership Summit, bringing together leaders from across our communities for collaboration, education, and recognition. Investing in our leadership teams is essential; it strengthens alignment, encourages the sharing of ideas, and ensures we continue delivering the high standards of service our residents and families expect.
